Rincon Cubano is a fantastic social outing surrounded by delicious Latin-American food, vibrant music and friendly people. This is a rich and multicultural event that takes place every Sunday. Rincon Cubano has plenty to offer for every member of the family!
Gather your appetite for a scrumptious and delightful array of Latin-American food. Our menu offers food such as a typical Cuban food plate with roast suckling pork, rice, casaba and salad; Argentinean empanadas and sweet baked treats with rich caramel (dulce de leche) and guava filling. All of this comes at an extremely affordable price.
Rincon Cubano was established for the Latin-American community as a cultural event. It is open to all other cultures and appreciates and embraces the livelihood of a multicultural community. As part of the entertainment Rincon Cubano holds an open stage that welcomes all artists to perform and jam. Sit, relax, listen and dance to the great Latin-American beats played by our host DJ, A.V. El Cubano. In addition to all of this, a dance class is held from 12pm-1pm so that you can learn and practice funky and fun dance moves with dance teachers Moro and Gabriela.
There are many opportunities to interact with people and make new friends. Rincon Cubano holds a children’s “chill out” room where the kiddies can watch movies, read books and play board games. There is also a children’s park with open space for the kids to run around. For the adults there is also plenty of fun to go around, including, the traditional Cuban game of dominos, card games and pool. You can also be part of amazing give-away prizes and try your luck at the raffle. The entertainment and fun on offer at Rincon Cubano is never ending!

The opening of Rincon Cubano was a great success. Many friends and beautiful people of the Latin and Australian community shared a fabulous afternoon with us. Our cook Mercedes prepared a delighting traditional lunch. Many artists participated on our open stage making a varied, colourful and musical afternoon.
We want to thank Richard Valdez, Oscar, Ico, Sergio, Francisco, Fabian, ...... and La Chaparita for making the gran opening a spectacular event.
Every second week, Maria Belen will be the chef for the afternoon. Av El Cubano, Deana and Beatriz hope to see you there for another fabulous afternoon!
